10" by 14" Mylar heat sealed balloons. These can not be filled with helium and if they are they will NOT float. They are the kind you put on a stick and use as a table setting or decoration. There are nine, double sided.

Balloons 14" and under require heat sealing. If you do not own a heat sealer you can alternatively use flat iron hair straighter or curling iron on the lowest setting. Cover the ends of the hair straighter with aluminum foil to avoid damaging it. Fill the balloon with room temperature or cooler air (not with your mouth) using a bike pump etc.. and then seal the end using the heat sealer or hair straighter.
