The listing, Rare Coach Multicolor Signature Scribble Signature 1st Edition Purse has ended.

This auction is for a Coach Scribble Multicolor Signature Tote Purse! This is the 1st production of the scribble series and is done in the Bright colored CC Pattern. Exterior is made of canvas type fabric with pink leather trim. Front has a medium open compartment and top flap magnetic snap closure. Interior has signature gold sateen fabric with a zippered pocket and a multi-purpose pocket. This bag was lovingly used for a few seasons, but has since been sitting on my shelf for a while. This purse is roughly 9 years old but it is good shape!! Please note this bag would benefit from a trip to the local cleaners for a cleaning! I have never gotten around to it. The only signs of wear are some faint dirt marks on the handle of the top section of the bag and barely on the corners. Measures approx 14” (L) x 9” (h). Straps drop approx. 7”

Are you sure this is authentic? Coach normally doesn't put its Signature C's on both the interior and exterior of its bags.. Also could you tell us what the serial number is on the Coach Creed? I am not able to see it on the image provided. thanks in advance.. its a cute tote. :)

There are no number- only the creed. I purchased a long time ago at a coach outlet in PA. Unfortunately, I didnt keep the receipt. I have many wristlets and wallets that also have no serial numbers. Does this mean they arent authentic?

All coach's has a #. That way you can call coach store or get online & with the # they can tell you if it's authentic.

I am going to Coach this weekend and bringing the purse so they can authenticate it. I really want to straighten this out. I have wristlets and wallets that do not have numbers and have the Coach receipts for them. I am hoping since this is a 1st edition purse that they did not put serial numbers on it at that time.

Smaller wallets, wristlets and some tiny purse type coaches won't have creeds. Larger bags such as this one will have a creed and serial number. But even if it did have a serial number, it unfortunately is showing as a replica coach item because Coach won't put signature C print on the inside and outside of any item. Hope that helps! xoxo

Can I just leave it listed as is? I still think it is authentic. I brought it to coach and they told me they were not sure because some purses they released prior to 2004 did not have serial #'s. I also have a bidder on this now that is willing to get the purse regardless. I am willing to refund credits if the winner is not satisfied. I will also post this in the ad.

My suggestijon to the winner is that they get the purse authenticated on the Purse Forum ( they have a lot of great Coach experts) ( Have this done BEFORE the item is shipped..Because if its fake, you have to pay to sent it back to the seller in order to get your credits back.. Then you will know.. for sure.. Good Luck
