Here is a Vintage Ladies Kienzle 7 Jewel Windup Wristwatch Made in Germany. Movement is marked 7 Jewels, 074/10. It has an very nice New Genuine Snake Band. Case measures 20mm across and total length of watch measures 7" inches long.
