Are they specific songs, or any songs we want?

It is written on the card: "A special collection of songs from this year's artists". So, I guess this is for 40 songs from the bands that performed at this year's Lollapalooza.

Your auction title and description was a little misleading. Next time you should list the songs or mention that it's a preloaded card or something. I bid based on the fact I was going to get 40 song credits for iPod. Turns out that's not the case.......

I just wonder, why the high bidders didn't bother to read Q&C before submitting a bid? I always read Q&C before i bid for the exact purpose of getting more info about the auction.

Because when you list an item you should describe it properly. When I bid on the item, there was no Q&C to refer to. So I bid high thinking I would win what was described (40 free iPod tunes) and because I like to bid high to begin with, I would have been mad if I lost a bunch of points on a misleading ad. Instead of thinking that you're right, you should ask Listia to delete the auction and reword it to describe what you're actually selling. Just a suggestion for next time....

yes because what if i was the only person who bid and there were no comments..then i wouldnt know that it was specific songs..So you shouldnt have to read the comments
