Very pretty short sleeve, plaid blouse made by Dream Out Loud. The colors are a bit darker than the picture shows. It's a size medium in juniors but is more like a small. It's super soft cotton spandex blend, is a v-neck with girly ruffles down the front. It has elastic at the waist and a ruffle at the bottom so it's worn untucked. Very comfortable.
