Cool...this is the first time I've ever seen this controller. Googled it and and looks like it is an official Microsoft controller. It was a Walmart Exclusive that was only available for a limited time.

It works as far as I know, I bought a new console a while ago and whenever I do that I always just toss my old controller in the desk.

Sadly, I don't have one. I sold a Xbox 360 to a friend about 4 months ago and he took that battery pack. I can ask around though.
