What is 18 inches? Is that armpit to armpit? How long is the shirt from the shoulder to the bottom hem?

You asked me armpit to armpit so yes...that is 18". From shoulder to bottom is 26". I measured that in the back. From the lowest part of front center to bottom is 22".
