The listing, Stevia Seeds - Herbal Sweetener has ended.

These are seeds that have just been harvested from my Stevia plant shown in the pictures. There is at least a dozen seeds in each packet. This listing is for 1 packet of seeds.

when your plant was ready to harvest what did you have to do to get the sweetner from it?

I harvest in the fall, end of September - first of October this year as it started getting chilly then. I cut all the stems off the plant, wash the leaves and pulled bad ones, then hung them to dry. Once dried, they can be added to the coffee grand when making coffee, or when brewing tea. That is usually how I use them. For tea I use one of the loose leaf tea holders for the leaves.
I read that later in the year the leaves are the sweetest and I can verify that is true. I picked a leaf when I got the plant and it was sweet, but no where near as sweet as in the fall.
