Botanical name(s) : Helianthus annum x 'Moulin Rouge' . . . . . Yes, it does come true from seed.


This hybrid annual will bloom mid-summer to fall, up to 6 ft. tall, in full sun. This rich velvety, deep red sunflower is excellent for cuttings - - it is pollenless!

I recommend direct sowing these seeds outside as they transplant kinda iffy. Sow after the last spring frost in your area. Germinating in 10-15 days the seedlings will grow fast.
