The listing, Ladies Wallet - Zebra Print w/Red Border has ended.

This wallet has a hard cover and a clasp to keep it closed. It was purchased new by me last year and used for about a year. It does show some wear but it has a lot of life left in it. I'm only getting rid of it because my new purse is too small.

whats the difference between the flat rate shipping and reg shipping? and yes i do hope i get it cuz i learned not till bid till the last minute. lol

The post office has flat rate boxes. If the item you are shipping fits in that certain box, it ships for that boxes' rate. Exact is based on the weight of the item and where it's going. Hope that helps. :)

It would really depend on the item being shipped. I think the post office has several box sizes with different amounts that they ship for. I'm not sure what they are though. Sorry.
