right & left clicker and middle scroll button.
I understand people are trying to get the best deal they can, however, if I could, I would have listed it with FREE SHIPPING...I can't right now...maybe again soon but I have offered free shipping for most everything I have auctioned since I started and it really has just got to be too much!

sorry for the delay in responding...
There is no CD. It includes the USB plug in device.
All you have to do is plug in the USB device into the USB port on laptop or desktop and your mouse is connected. (The USB is only about and inch long.)
