This is a Fisher-Price ipod/iphone protective case. *Please note this is for the case only, I only put a picture up (#2) with an ipod for reference only*
Here is some information on the product: There is a clear film that protects the device, meaning the ipod/iphone, from dribbles and drool. You can enable or disable the home button on the device to keep child from within the apps and unwanted outgoing calls (pic #6). Recommended age is 6 months to 3 years. Compatible with iphone 1G, 3G, 3GS, 4G and ipod touch 2G, 3G, 4G.
This one has been used but is still in great condition. There is minor marks on the mirror on the back but that is all.
My daughter has one for her ipod and she has dropped it several times and I can vouch that it does indeed protect her ipod.

By software do you mean the 3 free apps that brand new ones say is included on the packaging? If so the Fisher-Price apps that they do advertise as being included are actually already free apps offered. But just to be clear there is no apps included with this auction but I can help you figure out how to get they apps that are free.

Omg!! I saw one of these at Walmart the other day and I wanted it so bad for my son since he loves playing with my phone....lol
