Up for auction is a Nintendo Wii console. It works fine but does NOT read game discs. Everything else (WiFi, Internet, WiiWare, all ports, etc.) works perfectly. The top port cover is missing but doesn't affect anything. It has the newest System Menu 4.3U.

You can get a replacement DVD drive laser for $6 shipped on eBay, or an entire new DVD drive for $18. It is pretty easy to install. I would love to do this myself but I simply don't have the time.

Or you can skip the drive entirely, and just play your games, homebrew, and emulators off a USB stick, or off an external hard drive! I have already installed the Homebrew Channel which allows you to do this. You can Google "Homebrew Channel" for all details and guides. I will even be auctioning a large capacity external HDD soon if you need one!

This auction includes:
Nintendo Wii console with stand
Power cable / power supply
512MB SD card with built-in USB reader (contains preinstalled homebrew files)

Does NOT include:
Wiimotes
Sensor bar
A/V cable

Thanks! Amazing what you can do with a modded Wii! I kind of wish I made GIN a little higher, especially since it's going to cost me $13+ to ship this :)

U can ship it in a flat rate box for $5.35 i have shipped many items in a flat rate box with the cheapest type of ship and still saved. maybe u would like to try that

Yes, SD card slot works (I installed the Homebrew channel and BootMii from the SD card) -- I am also including the 512MB SD card. Thanks.
