This is a bolt of material but i do not know anything about it what kind of material it is or anything. someone said this is a pellon is a product used to support several items. ie, the collars in blouses, coats, uphostery, It comes in several different weights depending on what needs to be stabled, this one you are showing is thin because I can see through the material to reveal the wood behind it. In this case this would be used to cover up the box springs of the bed, a chair, sofa. It is only for looks and to finish the furniture up. It could also use to make light weight ornaments and even a light stiffing for collars, it will work well if the fabric you are going to use is opaque so you wouldn't see the design. You wouldn't want a shear white blouse and put this between the two layers of collars because you would see the pellon. I hope this helps. Lynda

The material is shear with a design around it. The way it is on the bolt it must be a pellon for uphostery

I do not know what you mean, I get my pricing from usps.com which is the postal service. I just need to know your zip code to give you a quote. the payment is sent to me thru paypal or postal money order. then i print a label at home or got directly to the post office.

yes, i do that thru usps.com, but i have payments sent thru paypal so i can print a label and be protected. or I go to post office to send if a person wants Postal Money Order or cc. so if you are interested give me your zip code i will check usps.com for the quote that i will need you to send to my paypal address.
