Any one else know the name this is called please tell me.I just know I kept it on top of my stove for years.Needs home now.Nothing broken on it.Make of type of ceramics it looks like to me.

I can`t ship to the winner free so please don`t ask me too.I am on a month to month income and their is never any left over money to ship things free.
