Splat Glow glow in the dark temporary hair color. The color is Violet Rays. It is very pretty. I only tried it once on a small patch of hair for my Halloween costume. I dont have any other use for it so I am giving it to the highest bidder! Happy Bidding!

Yes it did. It glows really good under a black light :)

Not that I know of.....I was under a black light most of the night for a Halloween party and I didnt pay much attention while I was in the dark, Sorry.
