Brand new with the bag (was shipped Ivory instead of white) 2 tier veil with tear drop beads on the edges, Plastic hair comb. If wearing in back of head center it comes a little past elbows. If you would like any specific measurements please do not hesitate to ask. Length really does vary on where you decide to place it. It is STUNNING, I was working at a bridal store at the time and this one was selling for about $159 in white or ivory, granted I refuse to pay full price but thankfully was able to get a white one in time lol.
