I wore these once just to find out they didnt fit. They are a size 8. They covered my knee, but if you are shorter than i (5'7) they could come up higher; from the instep they are 21.5 inches tall. they do not have a zipper so you will slip them on the entire length. If you have really muscley calves (like me) then this may be difficult. Fashion wise, i would not have purchased these if they weren't fabulous; they have a nice suede leather feel. these are obviously in season and not some boots hanging around from two years ago. I paid full price wich was $35.50 before tax. i will include the the receipt.( Forever 21 will take back items purchased within 21 days so you can get store credit and buy some thing else. last day to get store credit is 11/30/12. if you win and you miss this date for a return, not my fault.)
