OK Kristen If I won, I would send a money order to your address or some times they do amazon card and send it to you. Yes you are right everyone that comes on this sight is new at sometime. I bid my firstbid that i ever did was rose plants. I won and waited and waited and waited. What a let down. They just refunded me my points back but when you win your so excited about what your going to get, and when it doesn't come boy what a let down. Didn't mean anything by it. Very nice camera. Will keep on bidding.

I can understand your disappointment, I would be bummed out too if I didn't receive an item I won, I promise that will not be the case with ANY of my items! I did verify my account in all the ways I can so far, so hopefully that will ease everyone's minds. :) I would accept a money order for payment of shipping, however, it would delay the shipping of the camera on my end while I wait to receive to money order. Just thought I'd give you a tip that I learned when I got into actually selling on here after I had won almost 450 auctions in just under 4 months time...I was buying credits and it is now just so much more fun to selly my stuff and see what I can get for it...I'm totally addicted to Listia now.
Anyway, delivery confirmation is only $.85 to put on your packages when you send them out, and when you offer it (with free shipping whenever you can) if it is anything like my auctions...it makes me get almost twice the amount of credits that I'd get if I did not offer it so ...not to mention it is not just for them, you will know when something you sent out was delivered. So, nobody can be scamming each other, you know when they get it and even more important the winner knows that you actually sent it, I only want you to know this because there are some people who do Listia only to scam others.
I found out the hard way so I just want to help you out.
Good luck on this auction and hope you get alot for it...but remember at least always send everything with delivery confirmation on it.

A money order is purchased by me, then sent to you, you cash it at the Post Office and then pay for the shipping and then send the item to me.

This item is brand new, I am new to Listia so I don't undertsand how a money order would work, please feel free to enlighten me. I would recommend this, from what I know about it it's an excellent camera. I received it as a gift and I already have a Nikon that I use and take alot of pics w/ my phone, it just never got used. Thanks :)
