unfortunately i cant take pay pal at this time hopfully i will have that up and going by December. yes she talks she says " i hope you have a hug for your favorite carebear" and she also says "hope we will be friends forever " and" i'm Hopeful heart hope your day is happy " Anyway she says alot of little sayings. she is in great condition no stains or rips.
