I removed "shipping will be $5!" from your description since it no longer applies. Video games aren't considered Media Mail anymore, at least for USPS. With just the one game being sent, it'd be cheaper to send it by First Class anyways.

Amazon lists the weight as 3.2 oz, so the prices I'm going to give will be at 5 oz (to be on the safe side, including packaging).

To ship to Canada:
First Class - In an envelope: $2.07, In a box/wrapped in paper: $2.27
Priority Small Flat Rate box (the cheapest for Priority) - $11.45

Shipping this same item within the US would be:
First Class - In an envelope: $1.56, In a box/wrapped in paper: $1.90
Priority Small Flat Rate box (the cheapest for Priority) - $4.95

This is just the cost to ship, not taking into account any extras like delivery confirmation. It's not possible to add delivery confirmation to packages to Canada, but the customs number can be used for tracking (seems a lot of people don't realize it though).

I wasn't asking to lower/free shipping... just trying to provide some options but yes I prefer if things are shipping confirmation when shipping is not free and would have asked for it had I won (at my expense... My boyfriend just recently got a ps3 and has like 4 games for it... so I'm keeping an eye on games here for him. I know he likes first person shooter games and war games but also stuff like grand theft auto. Do you think he'd like this based on his preferences? Sorry for the weird question, but I'd rather surprise him with it than ask him about it so much. I looked up some gameplay vids on youtube and it seems he'd enjoy it so I'll probably be bidding closer to the end.

Oh, also for shipping... if you just use a bubble mailer instead of the flat rate mailer or box it's a little cheaper since the game isn't so heavy. You probably could send it for 3.50 as cfrye asked and have enough to cover the cost of the mailer and shipping.
