You are correct, it is a very nice coin and I doubt the winner would return it. I just decided to institute a return policy so folks would be more comfortable bidding on my items, and frankly, get higher bids overall.

64 & earlier ...90%

Actually this coin has a 40% silver content. It wasn't until 1971, with exceptions of course, that the JFK Half Dollar had all of the silver removed from it. Great coin and best of luck.
