The listing, iPod Touch 8GB has ended.

This is my sister's iPod Touch, and it works great except for one issue: the home button sticks, so you have to press hard for it to register. Other than that, it functions perfectly.

It has multiple scuffs and scrapes along the edge and some scratches on the screen. They don't affect operation.

Aesthetically: it's not the best, but functionally: it works great.

There are some stickers on the back but they're paper-based so you should be able to remove it with rubbing alcohol.

It's jailbroken, but I'm going to reformat it before sending it out. It's real easy to jailbreak it, though.

It comes with a sync cable and headphones, so you're ready to rock and roll!

It just means that you have full control of the system. You can install anything you want.

Both. It sticks when you press it in, and it's really hard to get it to pop back up. You have to press hard to make it work when it's stuck down.

Jailbreaking a iPod or iPad is easy now and legal by law. It still violates your Terms of use with Apple but you can factory reset your Apple Product with iTunes anytime. The thing is though you can goto jailbreakme.com and get it done on Safari in like 10 minutes.
