Good condition. Few scratches on the side, but nothing major. Functions work well to the best of my knowledge. Memory card NOT included!

Also on shipping I only accept cash sent by mail. Reason being i do not have a PayPal and this is the only way i can ship. What brand of memory card does it take? Are you including the USB cord with it? How about the instruction manual? Does it have an A/C adapter?
