It should work if you turn on compatibility mode for it. Just set the compatibility for Windows 95/98. If it does not work at that point, then all you need to do is d/l a free virtualization and load it with a copy of XP. I know that it works in XP.

Of course you have to win the bid first. And I'm hoping that I will be the one doing that. But, in the advent that I don't I'll help the winning get it running on their system.
