Great phone have not had any problems at all with it . It has a small nick in the side but doesn't cause any damage to how the phone operates. So sad I have to get rid of this phone :( but I just don't use it at all because I am on a family cell phone plan now. Only was used for one month. If you have any questions please ask. @Madeline...Listia holds the credits for 10 or 20 days unless the winner receives the item and notifies the seller they got it. If they don't notify credits are automatically sent to the seller. Unless a person has verified seller badge then I think the credits are transferred automatically. In any case, Listia will take credits from the winner, hold them and eventually give them to seller. It's not like the winner has the credits until they say they got the item.

Because I told the lady I would get it out to her within 1-3 days after the auction closed and I was getting it out 2 days after it closed and she said she thinks its a scam which it's clearly not . I think she just wanted her credits back. Thank you for asking before assuming though sweetie :]

I was told the same thing about the auction I won. She told me she would send it out on last Wednesday, and then she said that Listia was holding her credits that's why she didn't send it out. And lastly it was something about her account ...... etc. I finally go my credits, but as a said to her .... i know better the next time! I hope you do a little better too.
