Is this for a boy or girl? What size?

I guess it would be more geared toward a girl because the outside says "Train to be a hero like Dora" but I'm sure the pull up could be used on either a boy or girl. I don't see a size listed on the outside but I think they have stretchy waistbands so it would probably work on any child of potty training age. It is sealed in plastic, so I can't check for a size without opening it, sorry. Hope that helps!
