The listing, Chic Black Dress / Tunic Size L--BNWT! has ended.

This adorable short dress / tunic cost about $70 and has never been worn--still has its tags. (You would wear this with tights or jeans, because it is short)

The fabric has some stretch to it and although it says XL, I gauge it to be more of an L (I love it--it just does not fit and I wear XL).

Because it still has its tags, this would make an incredible holiday gift!!

Womens... just note that it is really an XL but I judge it to be more of an L size.

Glad you like it; the design in amazing!
No ties in back, but the fabric is flexible, so it doesnt need ties, like it would if it was made of cotton, for instance.
