Hi, I saw that this was real turquoise and that it was free shipping, which is what really brought me in - my mother absolutely loves turquoise, so I was wanting to get this for her for a Christmas gift, especially since I don't have a lot of money to be spending on gifts this year.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I was reading your terms and it says that the winner is responsible for shipping. However next to the picture (and when the auction shows up on people's searches) it says that it's free shipping. If you do want the winner to pay the shipping you might want to have that stated instead of "free shipping," because Listia states that if you select "free shipping" then shipping must be free no matter what, and it's very confusing. You might want to change that selection so other people don't get confused like I did.
