The listing, One Week of Healthy Meal Planning has ended.
I will send you a week of meal planning. Each day will include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert and a Snack. Each meal will be within the recommended 2,000 Calories a day but I can go as low as 1,200 calories. Each meal will either include a recipe or a store bought item (I.E: Yoplait Vanilla Yogurt, Almond Chocolate Milk, ect..). I will need you to send me a list of any allergies, any foods you don't like, a list of your favorite meals and foods(will find healthier options if needed), the calorie amount you would like and an email to send it to. There will be a three day wait before I send you your meal plan so that I can put everything together. Each recipe will at least have 4 servings. All Items that I do put in your meal plan such as the Yoplait Yogurt is from America. If you are from another country please tell me so that I can try to put in products from your country even if its just name brands so that I can have the correct Calorie amount sent to you. Also I am putting up a lot more of these so if you win more than one week I will work them together so that you never have the same meal within a two week period.
