The listing, One Week of Healthy Meal Planning has ended.

I will send you a week of meal planning. Each day will include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert and a Snack. Each meal will be within the recommended 2,000 Calories a day but I can go as low as 1,200 calories. Each meal will either include a recipe or a store bought item (I.E: Yoplait Vanilla Yogurt, Almond Chocolate Milk, ect..). I will need you to send me a list of any allergies, any foods you don't like, a list of your favorite meals and foods(will find healthier options if needed), the calorie amount you would like and an email to send it to. There will be a three day wait before I send you your meal plan so that I can put everything together. Each recipe will at least have 4 servings. All Items that I do put in your meal plan such as the Yoplait Yogurt is from America. If you are from another country please tell me so that I can try to put in products from your country even if its just name brands so that I can have the correct Calorie amount sent to you. Also I am putting up a lot more of these so if you win more than one week I will work them together so that you never have the same meal within a two week period.

I looked up the above condition and believe That I can. I would just do a low-residue diet or a low-fiber diet. I would just ask that you send me a list of recommended foods by your doctor because everyone is different and what one person can eat another may not be able to.

My dr just told me low fiber and only 59mg of fat a day. Basically anything that is hard for normal people to digest ie corn is something I should limit as much as I can. Like I can't really eat raw veggies they have to be cooked very well

That sounds exceptable . If your the winner I would just ask you to answer the list I have in my description and I would take it from there. I might need an extra day or so to put yours together instead of just three days.
