Brand new, only removed from the box and tested it out, complete with manual and charger. I bought this here on Listia then found out it wasn't really the one I wanted so here it is for someone else! I did test it and charged it up and it works great! I was just looking for a different type that I had before, this one doesn't fit my ear the way I like.

I called the company to check and they said yes it is. Didn't say on the box just says universally compatible with most bluetooth phones so I made sure for you!

When I called they said they were not sure about the Xbox that you should actually check with the company that makes the Xbox to find out.

ANy idea what it would cost to ship to Canada? are you sending it in a flat rate box? If so I think It is similar cost but before I bid I figured it would be smart to check with you what the plan would be If a Canadain should win this

I looked it up and for a small flat rate box to canada they charge 11.45 or I could send it regular first class mail in a small box or padded envelope for about 6.00. The priority mail is safest way but a lot more expensive so would leave it up to the bidder to decide because they would have to pay the postage for me to ship outside the US.

It is compatible with any bluetooth phone as long as the phone has the bluetooth in it it should work no problem
