Thats not right, it wasnt your fault that the winner backed down because she didn't read all the auction information.Per Listia rules..you are entitled to recieve the credits even if the winner does not want to give them to you! Submit a report ASAP! You lost out on other bids due to something that could have easily been avoided had she read everthing before bidding.

It's a 18k white gold it's really thin. And light I loved it but it didn't fit I got really tiny fingers I wear like a 5-5.5 haha
