The theory behind this is the 999 locks the 666 in place. Hence, just a single digit would "free" the 666. That's why I stayed under and only submitted a 999 bid! Haha! Hey, if you want to free the 666, it's up to you! No one is stopping you! All I know is that I won't be the one going over! :D
