My bud in England sent this to me a long time ago. It had to be a long time ago, because they quit making the 1 pound paper note a long time ago. They only use 1 pound coins now. Their paper money starts with a 5 pound note.

The crisp bank note, on the Bank of England, is perfectly folded like an accordian. It's completely sealed inside the plexiglass block. It's an ad for HiFi For Pleasure Magazine.
