Initially my title was going to be 'The Cubist' as that is the main theme on this unique necklace. The focal, of course, is the 45mm Karen Hill Tribe Carved Curved Tube Bead with three dangles; the middle dangle contains two of the black and green cubes and two more dangles on either side with one green cube each. The tube has quite a wide opening so I added a black twist cord, leaving about 20mm of cord which I untwisted for a dramatic effect (I hope!). The rest of the necklace is entirely made up of the rounded 10x10mm green and black cube beads, continuing to the sterling silver grapevine hook clasp. The matching earrings contain simply two faceted black seed beads with a single cube bead between. They drop from a sterling silver ball end ear wire.
The necklace is slightly longer than a choker at 16 1/2" including clasp. The earrings drop 5/8" from the ear wires.

The unique design came out of necessity but I love the unusual style and the effect the cord gives to the overall look. Of course, it would emphasize many different color palettes from your wardrobe choices as well.
