Description

The listing, !!UNIQUE!! THE HUNGER GAMES POCKET WATCH WITH MOCKINGJAY AND ARROW~MUST SEE!! has ended.

A tisket, a tocket, you need this HUNGER GAMES watch in your pocket!!

Parting with this pocket watch necklace is truly one of the hardest things I have done. I absolutely love it but I know it would make a great gift for a fan. This is BRAND NEW and I truly can not find another one like it. I think I just got lucky when I purchased this after I read the books.

This bronze antiqued finish necklace pocket watch was inspired by The Hunger Games. At the very top of the watch are a mockingjay charm and an arrow. On the outside of the cover are twelve zodiac signs which represent the twelve tributes. The front cover has a glass circle in the front where you can see the movement of the hands and the illustration on the inside. Pop the cover open with the button on the top of the watch and inside is a beautiful illustration which is supposed to be a map of all the districts. Roman numerals are at 12, 3, 6, and 9. The back of the watch cover is engraved with flowers and a filigree pattern. The watch movement is quartz and works perfectly. The antiqued bronze chain is 16" in length.

This piece is truly beautiful and wonderous and conjurs up many fantasy moments from the book.

lmagine this in your pocket as part of the resistance in the Capitol.

Inpress your friends or add it to your collection.

I will ship this FREE in the US!

Any questions and comments are welcome.

Thank you for looking and May the Odds Be Ever in Your Favor!

I started this bidding higher because this is truly a unique find. Please don't ask me to lower the days. I would like to give everyone who is interested a chance to gather their credits.

I have to honestly say I ordered this before the movie came out from EBay and I haven't been able to find anything like it since. You can google hunger games pocket watches and see what you come up with. I wish I could be more help. :-(

You know what Nightrider....I am not out here to scam anyone or put anything over on anyone. I have a faithful following and my reputation speaks for itself. As for (1) You notifying me and me not answering your comment, I was enjoying my Thanksgiving with my family and was not on the computer (2) As far as finding the same watch, yes, there are similar ones, but none with the map which I think makes this watch truly unique, and (3) Maybe not everyone wants to go on a site where they may or may not get their item before Christmas, (4) Maybe someone has someone special they would like to give it to and they have more credits than money during these hard times and lastly (5) I DID NOT pay $5.99 for this. As I said, I purchased this before the movie even came out. Everyone has a choice to do what you did and google but what I claimed about this particular watch is true.
Please enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend. I sure will.

I know it is almost impossible to ignore comments by people such as nightrider? Especially when you/I have been on here for years with nothing but the best feedback Awesome auctions like your's that you are kind enough to share with all the Good Faithful Listia Fans you have. Plus the Free Ship & I know the high cost & quality of your items firsthand. It truly bothers me ( and I know you don't need me to "stick up" for you) You earned your reputation. But I know the feeling of having one person's ignorance make me feel like walking away from Listia. Don't please, I am saying that to myself, I guess as well. To offer the hard to find items that you can sell & make money off, but to chose to list them, as the bidders really love them & a lot of people can really save points & win something they love, that they could not otherwise afford to buy, or spending the money on a beautiful item or gift for someone is not a financial priority. And to have one person run their mouth, over an item they may question, I say GO TAKE YOUR OWN MONEY & BUY WHAT YOU THINK IS THE "exact" item, which it is not, instead of putting your lack of knowledge or total disrespectful ignorance on someone's listing page. I personally find it offensive, not just for the Seller (whom by the way) I have won a few amazing HTF items that I enjoy, but as a potential "bidder" Nightrider? I would now, not want to look at not have you look at my items. Drama is so unnecessary. It just shows me that you have nothing better to do with your time. If you found what you like,,Who Cares?? Go but it, or be a decent person & if you are truly interested in an item, GO LIST & Save your Credits to win something as beautiful & authentic as this

If you go on Ebay they have pocket watches similiar to these that are hunger game themed.I just love this one because of the map on the watch face. I am going to be posting a different type of Hunger Games pocket watch if you want to wait and watch for it. The starting price will be much lower. Hope that helps!

now that I know a bit more about Listia. What would you take for GIN. I have a daughter that would love this. Thank you again for helping me.
Nov 25th, 2012 at 9:55:44 AM PST by

A GIN is usually set at the beginning of an auction. I don't usually do a GIN because I like to give everyone enough time to gather their credits if they're interested. Sorry about that but you can always bid on the auction. Good luck to you.

I have Google'd the heck out of this item. There are quite a few 'VARIANTS' But I only came across ONE..that is the same as this. That is quite a statement. But True. Therefore, I was compelled to bid. I have not seen The Games yet, but it looks like a good film, and probably lends a lot of meaning to the time piece here.

Thank you so much. I googled too and found some that are similar but not with the map. If you are a fan like I am then this is truly a nice piece. I knew there would be someone out there who would really appreciate this as a gift and this might be the only way someone could purchase it. If you get a chance read the books or watch the movie. They are great!

I must tell you that I want to put a "watch bid" on this, but if by some chance( I can dream) I were to win & Sellers remorse overwhelms you, we will? idk what!! Share it? I just want to put a bid on it to ensure I don't waste points. Tomorrow I am forcing myself to list!!
Nov 19th, 2012 at 9:08:36 PM PST by

No such thing as sellers remorse. I know when I'm hunting around I'll find something else to love for awhile then I'll share it. It's no fun having such a beautiful piece and keep it hidden in a jewelry box. I think a lot of my pleasure comes from the hunt in finding the items. That's why I was so excited when you told me about CafePress. It has so much more than the usual HungerGame items.

Thanks! I need much! Luck on my listing! Today was to be the day..instead I spent the entire day cleaning & by no means am finished! It is not like my home is even dirty! Once I start, I become OCD about it, really. Have so much to do before Thursday. But if I don't list I will absolutely regret it. It is not like 3 years ago, or even last year. The credit inflation is outrageous. Not on your's! I almost wish they never upped the 100 starting bid. the infinity starting bids I see are more like winning bids! Oh well. I say all tributes head to CA-Listia Land! they are getting too Corporate! OK I am so tired I can't type on my phone. I am sure this must be a sacrifice for you. Well while you are baking? Hopefully I will be listing. Enjoy your Thanksgiving & Silver Spring Family, & one day I will tell u the full story!! Drifting off. Take care Happy upcoming Turkey Day!!!

I agree! It is so unusual & so unique. The HG book series just blew me away. It has been a long time since 3 books really "hit" me in so many ways:) I am reading a good book now, but much different. I keep coming to this page to just look at this. What an incredibly lovely piece with so much meaning. Well, need to List, soon! Trying to save credits. Funny there are times when I have a good amount of points saved & there is not a whole lot that seems like a "would love to have" then of course after a big spending spree & lower on points a once in a lifetime auction such as this appears!! I have been cleaning all day, my best Philly friend is coming for Thanksgiving which is awesome, a surprise as I just found out late yesterday! Well I had better list tonight & be tired so I will be in the running, so to speak!

Well, I wish you much luck with your listing. I am proably not going to be on here much until the weekend. My family from Maryland is coming up and staying untill Saturday. I'm glad you get to see your old friend. How funny, I grew up in Philly and moved to Jersey when i was eighteen. Small, small world.
eAs for books, I've been reading a few but none has really excited me with the xception of Angellfall (Penryn and the end of days) Turns out this is another young adult book series and everyone is on pins and needles waiting for the next book. It's not the Hunger Games but it was pretty good. Okay then, have a happy, happy, Gobble day, and ttys.
