Hi this is a jupiter jack
it makes any phone in to a radio speaker.
In other words you connect it to the earphone port of your phone turn on the jupiter jack the instructions say to tune your car radio to 99.3 FM,  but in the Heartland, that dial belongs to Real Rock 99.3. So, right away, we see this Jupiter Jack is not going to work here. Luckily though, the instructions say you can also try 101. 3 FM.  In case the first one doesnt work.

The Jupiter Jack is open and does not come with the box but was only used once.

This is did work for me but i just didnt want it no more.
