Its a transfer cable for the 360. You plug one end into the console with a hard drive on it, and the other end goes into the old hard drive and it allows you to transfer your data to the new hard drive so you dont lose anything.

It's basically a cable that hooks up to your xbox 360 hard drive, say a 20GB and if you have a newer hard drive like 60-250 it transfers all your information over.
