Yes, this furby will tell you when he is hungry and sleepy. You just have to teach him more. If you have two furbies they will sing to each other, and teach each other.

This furby has been taken out and played with for 2 hours by me. No kid has played with the furby. When I got finished playing with the furby I put it back into the box. I also took the batteries out. The tag is still attatched. The box is slightly torn on the bottom left hand side, and you can see that in the picture. All of the cardboard is still attached. I have another one that is black and white stripped, and it is still attached to the box. It has never been taken out of the box.

This furby does work. It has been taken out of the box. It is still like new. It has not been used very much. I even took the batteries out, so they would not corrode inside of the furby.

I do have another furby on here that is still attached to the box. It has never been taken out of the box. It is a black and white zebra stripped looking furby.

The box is slightly torn, but all of the box is still there. You can see the slight tare on the left bottom side of the box in the picture. The tag is still on the furby and the instruction pamplet is still in the box. No child has played with this toy. Only I have used the furby for about 2 hours, and then I put him back into his box. It reads 1998 on the box. This furby does work. He tells you when he is going to sleep and snores. You just have to teach him more.

Having 2 furbies they will sing to each other and talk to each other is what it says on the box. It even tells you what it means when they speak in furby language.
