New Christmas bib apron in red, green and white plaid. It has white ruffle around the shoulders on each side. It is 25" from the waist to hem.

do it have the piece to go around the neck? didn't see it in the pic. Is it new or used? any stains? rips or tears?

It is NEW, never worn, never taken out of the linen drawer, no rips, tears or stains. It has a bib that has ties around the neck. If you look at the picture of the back of the apron you will see the tie around the waist and the neck ties hanging down. Thanks for stopping by.
