Works great. I used this years ago for the business I worked for, but have since moved, and I no longer use it.

what brand is it and about how big?

It is Rolodex brand. The size is 4 1/2 inches long by 2/12 inches wide. The height of it is only 3/4 inch when closed.

Yes, this has a card file for numbers, letters to write, a call sheet for numbers to call, a calendar, daily review, and a calculator. Thanks for looking!!
