Adorable Rudolph slippers like new. Size says one size fits all but these are for little people (toddlers/babies). Our little one never got the chance to wear these but once and he wasn't walking yet.

do you think they'd fit a toddler thats 14 months old, and has feet that are about 4 inches long?

Yes, I measured the foot and it is between 4 !/2 to 5 inches.

The pad of the foot is 4 1/2 inches to 5 inches long, if that helps any.
