It comes on; its just cracked. The problem can easily be fixed by just replacing the top screen.

ksfeliciano, I see your a bit new here, some friendly advice, I am not sure what your shipping was up too before you lowered it, but its really unfair for anybody to "barter" with you saying they will bid so much if you lower the shipping fee, there are MANY of us out here who will bid MORE than 10,000 and STILL pay the shipping cost, do not let anybody try to scam you in such a way!

And asking $5.50 is NOTHING! What a reasonable and FAIR shipping cost! I would of gladly paid $15 shipping!!! Plus, 15,000-20,000 credits.........This is sooooo worth it. I am just simply trying to help you out by not feeling obligated to lower shipping cost or credits just because another users trys to barter........:)

Ok, first of all if it was $15 dollars shipping, no one would bid, the lower the shipping costs the more credits you get, nobody would pay $15 and 20000 credits thats a joke. I only asked to drop the shipping because all i have is $2.50 in my paypal and i did not by any means preassure anyone.
