These low, shrub like plants will bear fruit in one season. Ground Cherries are easy to grow and care for. Plants have delicate blooms and abundant fruit in papery husks. I will include instructions for growing your Ground Cherries and 25 seeds. I will also include my favorite recipe for Ground Cherry Pie!

These are hard to come by. Our farmers market guy used to sell them but, has not had them for awhile.

Once you get ground cherries started you will have them for years to come. A lot of mine never make it to a pie - we love to eat them right in the garden!
