Blue stripped 2 piece Shear Dress. Made by Denim24/7 size 22. I bought this for my nieces wedding but it was the wrong color, I put it back in the packaging it came in and forgot about it, Stripped pattern has light blue, dark blue, light green and brown in it. Cute dress, light weight fabric good for summer heat.

it does not tie in the back, the waist is elastic so it might fit to you. It measures 40" at the waist as it sits, with no pull. Hope this helps

I think it would look great with a wide belt if you have to waist to wear one, I don't so never tried
