This one is translucent blue with a silver face; it was a promo item for Nationwide insurance, so the Nationwide name is on it. It runs on 1 AG-10 button battery, which can be replaced if you have a small Phillips head screwdriver. Make a note, as there is no indication on the item. As of now, the battery works fine.
