i won this already but he sayed he didnt think it was enough so everybody heads up this guy wont ship to you if he thinks its not enough

isnt it against listia TOS to relist an auction if you dont get a high enough bid? just sayin. He had no minimum bid (i was watching this one)

whether or not you had a minimum bid of 5000, the simple act of not shipping it to a winner already is not good at all for your credibility. What makes me think that if i were to bid on this that i would actually get it if i won? We have already seen someone get handled exactly that way.

@Chris22453 with everyone that's watching this auction "IF" I win this auction you can have the charger I will send it to you. I am bidding on this strictly for the psp itself. My oldest had hers stolen at school a few months back. I'm just trying to everything I can to replace it. She has all of her other gear for it in her room we just have to replace the psp itself. SO the charger can be yours if I win this, ok?

yeah, he says the dispute was resolved. If it was truly resolved, the person who actually won it in the first place would be playing their PSP right now.

Just to be clear on something, accounts have gotten suspended for non delivery of items, By the way suspensions = all credits that were received are revoked and taken back. I hope you send this out,

Fortunately I am here in the United States and unfortunately you are still being allowed to break the rules and list an item that techinically isnt yours anymore except for the tantrum that you threw "waaa waaa I want more or Im not going to send it Waaa" well I hope that you do get a lot less than 15000 this time and Listia sees that you have no integrity since Im sure you wont send it to that person either.

I will say this if this gets sent out to the winner? Great and awesome to the buyer, because at you got yours, I won Brandon6969's Auction I still have yet to get any response, so at least in that aspect you're a bit more courteous than he.

Moderator Lily Im new on here but how are we suppose to trust anyone on this website if you let this guy do this and get away with it?? I believe in people with integrity and if this guy didnt send it cause he "only got 15000" then dont you think that it is BS for him to even relist for WAY less than what it was originally won for? I dont think it matters that he didnt take her credits also. The important thing to remember her is Listia was built on INTEGRITY and this happening makes no sense at all. The guy is trying to make up for it with free shipping. and he is at least responding to posts about the psp. I'm bidding on this for my 16 yr old daugther. She had hers stolen at school out of her locker. I "supposedly" won one already but the guy is refusing to talk to me in any way shape or form. I go to his FB requested some info not once but twice no answer. Here's the funny thing his handle here is Brandon6969 but on Facebook, its Jake Babcock but he has a friend name Brandon laribee or some such so I'm thinking he's trying to pull a scam on listia users EmilyShelton above even took part on that auction. I just want a psp for my kid for christmas. That's not a bad thing is it?

You could man up & tell Listia that you made a mistake & need this auction removed so that you can send the stuff to it's rightful owner. Be a man, just take responsibility & do what's right. That's all I'm sayin'. I'm not tryin' to be rude. It takes bein' more of a man to admit when you're wrong & make it right than it does just doin' people wrong & leavin' it, especially when you're called on it. & no, I'm not callin' into question your manhood, again, it just takes a bigger man to do right. Your other auction for this ended @ 15000 credits & you say that wasn't enough?!!!
That's against the rules. Plus that's just wrong. You auctioned it & that's what it ended @. It rightfully belongs to the winner of the previous auction. You'll be lucky if this auction makes it to the end w/out being removed or, w/ so much controversy, if you get 15000 again.
