I won this on listia but it is too small for my dog. I have a wire haired terrier/chihuahua. She is about 6 months old. I guess it would fit something bigger than a chihuahua but smaller than a terrier. Sorry I can't be more specific.

its not white but more of a beige. so yes it's a stripped tiger print
