Model # GT90-1. This remote programs with 12 switches on the inside of the remote which must match the switches in the opener or receiver box. This is not a Intellicode remote. Remote is in good condition and the battery appears hot because the light will come on when the button is pushed.

Uses a regular 9 volt battery if you needed to change it. There is no visor clip and it has a piece of velcro cloth stuck on the back.

I will only ship to a Listia verified address. Shipping info must be sent using the Listia interface that is provided after auction ends. If this is not done after 7 days the item will be relisted and you lose your credits.
