This is an electric water fountain for your pet to keep the water moving so it stays fresh and filtered. It comes with everything you see: the fountain, water pump, power cord, carbon filter, instruction manuals and a brand new unopened 3 pack of carbon filters. NOTE: The power cord for the water pump needs a power supply. It did not come with one when hubs purchased it. I used a spare one I have to test the fountain and it does work. You may be able to get one from the manufacturer.
